Our Academies

Blackthorns Community Primary Academy identifies and truly values the strengths of every pupil so they can achieve their full potential and become lifelong learners. The academy also hosts a special facility for up to 8 children with additional learning needs and speech, language and communication difficulties.

Situated in a picturesque woodland setting, Churchwood Primary Academy has a large playing field, its own Forest School and two acres of beautiful woodland. This academy includes a special educational needs facility for 8 pupils with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder combined with speech and language communication difficulties and a nursery for children aged from 2 years.

Desmond Anderson Primary Academy is a dynamic, happy academy, catering for children from Reception to Year 6. Every child deserves an outstanding education, and the academy’s outstanding teaching offers a wealth of opportunities.  It has a special facility for up to 20 pupils with autism and a nursery for children aged from 2 years.

Dudley Infant Academy is a dedicated, engaging learning environment for learners aged 4-7. We aim to support all children in a safe and caring environment whilst providing exciting learning experiences. We also aim to work closely with parents and carers to develop children as learners and individuals so that they can succeed.

Holmbush Primary Academy provides a safe, attractive and stimulating learning environment for over 200 pupils ages 4 to 11. The classrooms are extremely well resourced; light, bright and airy and much larger than average-sized primary classrooms. It also boasts Little Learners, a nursery for 3 and 4 year olds.

Lindfield Primary Academy is a happy and friendly academy focused on learning. Its pupils are polite, respectful, well behaved and proud. The academy is a well-resourced setting where high expectations, good teaching and a dedicated staff mean each pupil, as an individual, is both supported and challenged, whatever their ability. 

Pound Hill Infant Academy is a welcoming, inspiring school which strives to ensure that all pupils reach their potential. The school offers learning experiences which prepare our children to shape our ever-changing world. Every pupil is treated as an individual and provided with a happy, engaging environment where they can flourish. 

Robsack Wood is an exciting, welcoming academy where children from 3 months to 11 years old flourish and learn in a creative, inspirational environment. The academy has impressive facilities - including extensive grounds with a large grassed playing field, adjacent woodlands, garden areas and animal areas with chickens and ducks.

At Silverdale Primary Academy, every child matters. The academy has extensive and beautiful grounds and very large playing fields, a rainforest themed library, forest schools outdoor learning area and a large bank of ICT resources. 

The Baird Primary Academy has a team of talented professionals who share the aspiration that Every Child Succeeds. The academy offers a creative, challenging and innovative curriculum to excite and engage all pupils. The academy also hosts a nursery for children aged from 3 years onwards.

The St Leonards Academy is an amazing, unique school with a well planned and inclusive curriculum and a focus on real excellence in the classroom. The academy hosts a special facility for 20 young people with physical disabilities and severe autism, as well as a range of other needs.

West St Leonards Primary Academy is an engaging and inspiring school with a firm belief that every pupil's progress matters and supports this with exciting teaching and learning opportunities. The academy also hosts a special facility for up to 12 children with moderate learning difficulties and physical disabilities.
