Blackthorns Community Primary Academy identifies and truly values the strengths of every pupil so they can achieve their full potential and become lifelong learners. The academy also hosts a special facility for up to 8 children with additional learning needs and speech, language and communication difficulties.
Situated in a picturesque woodland setting, Churchwood Primary Academy has a large playing field, its own Forest School and two acres of beautiful woodland. This academy includes a special educational needs facility for 8 pupils with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder combined with speech and language communication difficulties and a nursery for children aged from 2 years.
Desmond Anderson Primary Academy is a dynamic, happy academy, catering for children from Reception to Year 6. Every child deserves an outstanding education, and the academy’s outstanding teaching offers a wealth of opportunities. It has a special facility for up to 20 pupils with autism and a nursery for children aged from 2 years.
