Notes

The University of Brighton Academies Trust shall in most cases provide the personal data requested through a Subject Access Request within one calendar month of receipt of the request. We shall not normally charge to provide this information. Educational records shall normally be provided within 15 school days. A charge may be made in accordance with the following schedule: 1 to 19 pages will cost £1.20; 29 pages will cost £2, and so on, up to a maximum of 500+ pages which will cost £50.
